Co-Founder
Jonathan Ramlal’s passion for disability advocacy stems from supporting his mother, who suffers from severe arthritis and TMJ disorder. This experience revealed the spectrum of disability and inspired him to tackle broader accessibility issues. Together with co-founder Tristan Kelly, Jonathan is dedicated to transforming the disability landscape and making a meaningful impact.

Tristan Kelly is a resilient advocate who refuses to let his disability define him. After a spinal injury left him with a C-6 incomplete, Tristan gained invaluable insight into the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. His commitment to driving positive change is a driving force behind Beyond Barriers, shaping our approach and empowering others to overcome obstacles.
