  2. Investigation: Beyond Barriers Disability Foundation will investigate all reported incidents of discrimination or harassment promptly and thoroughly. Investigations will be conducted in a fair and confidential manner.

  3. Resolution: If a complaint is substantiated, appropriate corrective action will be taken, which may include disciplinary measures, policy changes, or other actions necessary to address the issue.

Retaliation

Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or participate in investigations is strictly prohibited. Beyond Barriers Disability Foundation will not tolerate any form of retaliation and will take appropriate action to address any such behavior.
